I have been wanting my own domain for quite a while before I actually bought it. Ever since Cuqui hosted me at her own bought domain I kept dreaming about buying my own. She was a wonderful host for my personal site, but at the end her domain was online for a while and I decided I wanted to go for it. I got everything ready that I needed for buying my own domain. This was getting a credit card, because that was the only way for me to get my own domain.

And now my domain is here. I bought it on the 23rd of December, but had to get some stuff ready before I could actually put it online. I was really excited about getting my own domain, especially for making more sites and having this as my collective. And probably hosting people too. But at the moment I still have to figure out how I want that.


What I used to make this site: I used several programs to get this site ready. For the FTP I use Simple FTP. For the pages, the html, I use Microsoft Frontpage. But more to help me guide a little more. I use a lot of html codes that I got from all over the place. I also use Notepad for the CSS and some other things.
For the graphics I use Paintshop Pro 7.0. and 9.0. and Photoshop 6.0. I find that Paintshop Pro works better for me in some ways, but Photoshop is especially better in smaller pictures such as icons or link me buttons.
