About This Site:
Name: Silence Is Golden
Why this name: When I made this site I wanted a name that somehow represented me. I was a little angsty and somewhat depressed or rather sad at that time. I didn't really talked about my feelings or anything like that. When I heard "Silence Is Golden" by Garbage I connected with it. I think now it's a little different, but I really like the name. I chose it because of the lyrics and how they felt like they represented me at the time. But sometimes Silence truly is Golden. Click here to see the lyrics to this wonderful song by Garbage.
On the internet since: 22 - 01 - 2003. It has been offline a while, cause I couldn't really continue.
Host: I used to be hosted by the wonderful Cuqs, but at some point her domain was taken offline and by then I was getting my own domain, so now I have it up at my own domain; Fly Me Away.

Credit pictures: From everywhere. If I use pictures that are scanned by a particulair site or anything like that, I always credit. But for the rest, most of the places I go to to find pictures are in links section. But sometimes I delete a site, when not visiting it a lot or when it's closed.

What do I want with this site: I started it, because I mostly wanted to share my inner feelings. I wrote a lot of poems at the time and I wanted to share it. I also included some of my stories, original and non-original. I do have some other stories that I might put up here as well. It's more like a collective of my stuff. I don't blog here, because it doesn't seem fitting. I have all my artwork and stories and poems up here. And I update with that. I think that's mostly it, though I do wish I blogged more often.
